Warranty
1 year carry in for the complete system or the defective product. This implies that you are allowed to open the system and send us the defective part. Some of the products, like the Seagate hard-disk, have a warranty of 5 years. In case of any problem, after our 1 year warranty, you are encouraged to send the defective product directly to the manufacturer.To be able to benefit from the 1 year warranty, the defective product or part should be sent to us in the original package, unless you decided not to receive them. The package should contain all the delivered items.
If you suspect that the motherboard is malfunctioning, then you must send us the complete system.
Before sending any defective parts, get in contact with us. It might be faster and cheaper to send the defective part directly to the manufacturer.
